Our LUMEN headquarters sits on Herzog-Wilhelm-Straße, perfectly placed between two of the city’s most iconic squares: Stachus and Sendlinger Tor.

“From Heathrow, you can get to Paddington in just 15 minutes. It’s incredibly convenient for our European colleagues.” Tanya highlights.

Just a short 20-minute walk from the office, Hyde Park offers a refreshing escape in the heart of London, perfectly connected to our workplace by a scenic route that makes the journey as enjoyable as the destination. Surrounded by an endless mix of cafés, shops, and pubs, whether it’s a brisk lunchtime stroll, a quick coffee break, or after-work drinks with the team, this vibrant area turns everyday routines into effortless moments of work-life balance

This setting brings a refreshing sense of movement and creativity into the everyday, from painting-and-prosecco evenings to summer ice-cream socials; the building’s community spirit energises our teams.

“There’s always something happening,” Tanya laughed. “The WeWork Community team really go out of their way to bring community spirit to the heart of the building.”

The office is more than functional, it’s thoughtful. Start your mornings with a barista-made coffee, break your routine in the games room with electric shuffle and table tennis, or take a quiet moment to recharge in our Wellness Room for focus and reflection. Showers and changing rooms are available for post-run resets, so you can start your day at the office feeling fresh and comfortable.

One of the team’s favourite perks? “Between 3:00 and 6:00 every day, there’s free beer, kombucha, and cider on tap. It’s a nice touch!” highligts Tanya.

Dogs are, of course, welcome throughout the building, and regular dog-walk events organised by the WeWork team help people connect and share moments in such an authentic and joyful way.

As Tanya shared, “We love when people bring their dog, it always brightens everyone’s day.”

It’s a simple but powerful reminder of who we are: a team united by care, connection, and the joy pets bring to our daily lives.

And we enjoy participating too! Preparing little goody bags filled with treats and essentials was our way of contributing to the WeWork community while proudly sharing what zooplus does best. With 28 employees representing 11 nationalities, the office is a colourful mix of languages, experiences, and ideas: “It’s wonderful hearing languages like Swedish, German, French, and Dutch spoken around the office it brings such a vibrant, international feel to the space,” Tanya highlights. “It shows how international we are.”

The London team is close-knit, international, and full of personality; a perfect example of connection + collaboration in action!

To highlight, the size of the team is part of its magic: “The benefit of being a smaller office is that you can really get to know your colleagues. It feels personal.”

Pride 2025: To celebrate Pride Month in style, our London office hosted a dazzling one-hour workshop titled Drag Through the Ages! A vibrant and inclusive event designed to honour LGBTQ+ culture through the lens of drag artistry.

The journey began in 2014 at the Fulfilment Centre in Wojkowice, another cornerstone of our logistics network. As the team grew, so did the Wrocław office, opening in 2019 with a colourful, modern space located in the city centre, just steps from the Old Town. Today, our offices operate across two locations, giving colleagues the best of both worlds: vibrant city life with cafés, cultural spots, and green spaces for pet walks, plus warehouse proximity for those who want to see e-commerce in action.

“The location is unbeatable. You can sit on a bench by the riverbank, enjoy the canal, and just enjoy your lunch int the sun” shared Inge.

Stepping inside the 8th and 11th floors, our office offers an impressive 180-degree view over Vienna.

Our Vienna office is a modern, bright space designed for connection and creativity. Here, you’ll find cozy chill zones and a kitchen ideal for town halls, workshops, or casual coffee breaks. A lively table tennis culture keeps the energy high with daily matches and regular tournaments.

With a dog-friendly atmosphere and an international vibe, many colleagues have relocated to Vienna to join zooplus, creating a supportive and diverse community that truly feels like home.

“A vibrant hub of pet lovers with a shared sense of humour, fostering a friendly, collaborative work atmosphere where colleagues achieve great results as a team while enjoying well-organised Viennese company events together!” says Stefanie, Team Lead Content Management, when asked what she would highlight about the Vienna office.

Life at our Vienna office is all about connection and collaboration. From sharing lunch together to group orders had become a belowved tradition. Particulary popular are Cevapcici. Where the inside joke or saying as Vienna Office with the “Cevapcici Spirit” comes from; a saying that reflects the fun moments shared in the afternoons.

“Many of us meet between 12:00 and 12:30 to have lunch together, giving us the chance to chat with colleagues from different teams in a relaxed and lively atmosphere. Colleagues often bring sweets back from business trips or holidays, and we celebrate with cakes for anniversaries and biscuits at Christmas!” shared Inge when asked how atmosphere and culture feels like in our Vienna office.

After lunch, table tennis takes centre stage with spontaneous games and regular tournaments that turn friendly matches into unforgettable memories.

Community & Culture: "The Cevapcici Spirit"

Our Vienna office is known for its warm community and lively social calendar. Culture here is all about connection; with monthly office breakfasts and quarterly Zoogether events that bring colleagues together in fun and meaningful ways.

From escape rooms and TopGolf evenings to party boat barbecues and bowling nights, there’s always something to look forward to at the Vienna office. Employees hosted a colourful Carnival Party paired with a table tennis tournament, a relaxing massage day in the office, and even a high-energy Supercycle workout session.
