“I think, who wouldn’t want to work in our London office?” Tanya, our London Office Manager, remarked when we asked what makes this space feel so special.
As she shared about the people, the building, and the daily buzz around Paddington, one thing became clear: our London office isn’t simply a place to work. It’s a destination for connection, creativity, and collaboration, brought to life through the power of plus.
Location & Lifestyle: The perfect combo
When you picture an ideal London workplace, you might think of convenience, vibrancy, and a touch of charm. Set in one of London’s most dynamic neighbourhoods, our office sits directly across from Paddington Station, making commuting effortless and international travel even easier.
“From Heathrow, you can get to Paddington in just 15 minutes. It’s incredibly convenient for our European colleagues.” Tanya highlights.
Just a short 20-minute walk from the office, Hyde Park offers a refreshing escape in the heart of London, perfectly connected to our workplace by a scenic route that makes the journey as enjoyable as the destination. Surrounded by an endless mix of cafés, shops, and pubs, whether it’s a brisk lunchtime stroll, a quick coffee break, or after-work drinks with the team, this vibrant area turns everyday routines into effortless moments of work-life balance

Our London office is part of a dynamic WeWork building, where start-ups, established companies, and global teams come together, providing a vibrant calendar of events and activities. This setting brings a refreshing sense of movement and creativity into the everyday, from painting-and-prosecco evenings to summer ice-cream socials; the building’s community spirit energises our teams.
“There’s always something happening,” Tanya laughed. “The WeWork Community team really go out of their way to bring community spirit to the heart of the building.”
The office is more than functional, it’s thoughtful. Start your mornings with a barista-made coffee, break your routine in the games room with electric shuffle and table tennis, or take a quiet moment to recharge in our Wellness Room for focus and reflection. Showers and changing rooms are available for post-run resets, so you can start your day at the office feeling fresh and comfortable.

One of the team’s favourite perks? “Between 3:00 and 6:00 every day, there’s free beer, kombucha, and cider on tap. It’s a nice touch!” highligts Tanya.
And right at the centre of this shared space is something close to our hearts: pets.
Dogs are, of course, welcome throughout the building, and regular dog-walk events organised by the WeWork team help people connect and share moments in such an authentic and joyful way.
As Tanya shared, “We love when people bring their dog, it always brightens everyone’s day.”
It’s a simple but powerful reminder of who we are: a team united by care, connection, and the joy pets bring to our daily lives.
And we enjoy participating too! Preparing little goody bags filled with treats and essentials was our way of contributing to the WeWork community while proudly sharing what zooplus does best. These interactions help us connect with neighbours, spark conversations, and highlight our passion for pets in a friendly, informal way. It’s a simple reflection of our purpose: People + Pets.

London’s monthly breakfast club brings colleagues together over coffee and pastries: a moment to pause, talk, reconnect, and start the day together. Stepping away from daily tasks, this moment allows everyone in the office to enjoy genuine morning conversations that strengthen relationships and cultivate a united environment in the workplace.
“The goal of our monthly breakfast clubs is to strengthen local ties in all our offices,” Tanya explains.
With quarterly ZooGethers activities, seasonal celebrations, quizzes, and team events, it becomes a tradition to feel energised and included.
With 28 employees representing 11 nationalities, the office is a colourful mix of languages, experiences, and ideas: “It’s wonderful hearing languages like Swedish, German, French, and Dutch spoken around the office it brings such a vibrant, international feel to the space,” Tanya highlights. “It shows how international we are.”
The London team is close-knit, international, and full of personality; a perfect example of connection + collaboration in action!
To highlight, the size of the team is part of its magic: “The benefit of being a smaller office is that you can really get to know your colleagues. It feels personal.”
Pride 2025: To celebrate Pride Month in style, our London office hosted a dazzling one-hour workshop titled Drag Through the Ages! A vibrant and inclusive event designed to honour LGBTQ+ culture through the lens of drag artistry.
From Sports Day to Christmas parties, the team knows how to mix fun with genuine connections whether it’s karaoke nights in Shoreditch or electric shuffle evenings building the trust and freedom that fuel great collaboration!
