Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic and display campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Criteo, etc.).
- Support in the setup, management, and reporting of paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
- Monitor performance KPIs, analyze campaign data, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, analytics) and external partners to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Support budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting across channels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively identify opportunities to test new channels, formats, and strategies.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to programmatic/display buying.
- Some experience running or assisting with campaign on paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker/PowerBI).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
