- Mono-repo at scale – We work to scale to hundreds of workspaces.
- Block-based architecture – We are building a rendering engine to power our website pages, slots and blocks with clear ownership, runtime composition and fine-grained observability.
- Collaborative culture – pair-programming, design docs and regular cross-team work, all in English.
- High impact – You will work on a high impact – high visibility project.

- Contribute to mono-repo workflow improvements: implement guidelines, review cross-package PRs, automate releases and champion code quality.
- Partner with architects and designers to refine the block-based architecture, design system, scalability strategy and governance model.
- Coach product-team engineers on best practices in performance, testing and code quality; advocate for standardisation while unblocking delivery.
- Lead automation efforts by identifying bottlenecks and implementing automations.
