Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to join our dynamic team for a 12-month industrial placement in shop operations. This role is pivotal in supporting the UK to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives across our onsite and app platforms. You will play a key role in campaign execution, creative coordination, and new product launches, contributing to customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic onsite and in-app marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- Oversee the seamless delivery of brand marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- Collaborate with the Branding and Creative Concept team by preparing clear and impactful banner requests.
- Support with the setup of various promotional offers, including customer loyalty and product sampling initiatives.
- Contribute to the timely activation of new products to make sure we are providing customers with the best possible product range.
- Provide support in the execution of content for our onsite digital magazine.
- Contribute to broader marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
- Strong written communication skills, paired with a creative mindset.
- High level of numeracy and strong analytical thinking.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrates a proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to work.
