PRIDE OF THE ZOO
Pride of the Zoo is our employee-led LGBTQ+ community, creating space for connection, visibility, and advocacy across zooplus, bringing together colleagues and allies through conversations, events, and ongoing support that foster a strong culture of belonging.
Across our locations coming together at the office , joining Pride parades as a team and celebrating with pride and solidarity.
Open to everyone who wants to take part, contribute, or learn, Pride of the Zoo continues to grow through shared experiences, inclusive initiatives, and meaningful dialogue helping create a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and respected within zooplus and beyond!
DIVERZOOTY
Through cultural and international celebrations, community-led events, Pride initiatives, workshops, and open dialogue, DiverZOOty is our employee-led Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative, founded in 2020, to celebrate individuality and encourage everyday connection, collaboration, and awareness.
We empower our people to learn from one another and strengthen a shared sense of belonging across the company.
By creating space for meaningful exchange and shared experiences, DiverZOOty brings diversity to life in everyday moments, enabling our people to grow together, deepen connections, and actively shape a more inclusive workplace at zooplus!
