Job Description
We are seeking a Pricing Manager who will play a key role in shaping how customers perceive value and how zooplus competes through Own Brands portfolio across Europe.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role, with strong visibility to senior leadership and close collaboration with Category Management and Brand Management teams.
What you will own
You will own and drive pricing execution for zooplus Own Brands across all zooplus shops.
- Conduct initial pricing calculations for new product launches and develop pricing architecture in collaboration with Brand Management.
- Support regional and country teams in defining competitive reference brands and price positioning for Own Brands.
- Analyze and report pricing performance and the impact of pricing changes on customer behavior and key financial metrics.
- Provide data-driven pricing insights and recommendations to commercial stakeholders to improve decision quality and commercial outcomes.
- Gain a deep understanding of existing pricing tools, parameters, and processes, and then drive their continuous improvement and automation to support Own Brands pricing needs.

Qualifications
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Pricing Manager who thinks strategically, experiments confidently, and challenges the status quo to directly drive profitability and market share for zooplus Own Brands.
- Experience in revenue management, brand management or analytics, ideally in multi-market context.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable high-impact business decisions.
- Strong communicator with proven ability to influence stakeholders across levels and functions
- Advanced level Excel skills and at least an basic level of SQL.
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail; aware that in a high-impact pricing environment, identifying small inconsistencies before they go live is critical.
- Proactive and ownership-driven working style. Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely within a strong team environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required
Your background might include
Experience in commercial analytics, consulting, FMCG or e-commerce strategy, with proficiency in pricing tools and performance reporting systems.
Fluency in German and /or Spanish fluency are a plus.
