- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA core models across business units
- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across core business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Finance
- Challenge fit-to-standard proposals and help shape scalable enterprise templates
- Partner closely with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to drive alignment
Qualifications
What You Bring

- Solid hands-on SAP requirements engineering experience with broad module understanding, ideally across FI, MM, SD, and CO
- Experience working in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration programmes
- Good understanding of SAP Fiori, analytics, and user-centred process design
- Familiarity with SAP integration principles, cloud deployment models, and extensibility frameworks such as SAP BTP
- Ability to balance business needs with standardisation and long-term platform scalability
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
- Experience with greenfield or brownfield SAP transformation programmes
- Exposure to SAP BTP, CPI, ABAP, or SAP BI environments
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools that improve documentation, testing, or operational efficiency
- Experience working in international, multi-location organisations
